Shipping & Returns

We deliver nationwide. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.

• Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi: 2–3 working days
• Other cities: 3–5 working days
• Remote areas: up to 7 working days

You receive a tracking number by SMS and email as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop.

Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 5,000. Below that, a flat charge of Rs. 250 applies anywhere in Pakistan.

Cash on delivery is available on every order, nationwide, at no extra charge. Pay the courier when your parcel arrives — you may open and inspect it before paying.

Cash on delivery and secure online card payments are available at checkout. Other payment methods may be added in the future.

If a piece is not right, return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. It must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

Personalised or monogrammed pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

Exchanges follow the same 7-day window. Tell us the colour or size you would prefer and we hold it while your return is in transit.

Photograph the item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.
